Nasty freeze bug kills an otherwise good app
I joined a subscription on this fitness app at the beginning of August 2023. For the first week the app was great, and the exercise routines are better than what Apple and other U.S.-based apps offer. But starting with the 2nd week, the app began to freeze randomly during a routine. The video and countdown would freeze but the BGM would continue to play. Sometimes it would resume after a quick hiccup but other times it would get stuck for many seconds. This is really annoying because it disrupts my exercise and sometimes makes it impossible to continue. I contacted CS by email. After a few exchanges over the last 2 weeks, nothing has been fixed, so I’m writing this honest review to warn potential users of this bug, before you pay for a subscription. If they (ever) fix the bug I will update this review promptly. For now, I cannot recommend this app due to its poor quality.
