知道你当下的心率很有用，而实时查看心率在一长段时间内是怎样变化的将给你更多的信息，特别是当你想了解身体对训练计划的反应。心率记录图适合各种有氧运动例如跑步，骑车，划船，健身房的各种器械等，也可用于保健的日常心率监测。

你可以用心率记录图随时记录新数据并查看实时心率图，也可以从“健康” App 将已有数据导入至心率记录图，然后比较以前各次运动的心率数据，以深入了解你的身体在各个时间的变化情况，比如直接对比相同训练的心率图，检查每次训练的最大，平均和静息心率等统计数据，或者是查看几周或几月之间合计心率在不同心率分区的时间分布比例。（备注：如下所述的一些功能需要一次性 App 内购买）

心率记录图的主要免费功能有：
 * 在 iPhone 或 iPad 上显示实时心率随时间变化图
 * 支持蓝牙心率传感器、Apple Watch 和 AirPods
 * 离线查看所有运动记录，发掘你运动中的心率变化趋势 
 * 与“健康” App 集成：导入已有心率数据并储存新的运动记录，以及导入不超过 24 小时的任意时间段的心率数据
 * 在 iPhone 设备上以横向屏幕位置放大图形
 * 添加自己的运动备注将类似训练归类，以后用备注搜索某类运动记录 
 * 在每次运动开始时记录标准练习组的参考心率，以帮助了解当时的身体状况，如果心率过快，你可以选择轻松的练习
 * 当你使用其他（蓝牙心率传感器）的心率应用程序时可以在后台记录心率

在普通功能的基础上通过单次一次性 App 内购买高级功能，你将获得更深入的数据分析工具及在应用内设计训练计划的功能。设计好的运动计划将每次训练分成几段比如健身的几组练习或骑车的几个间隔。在你训练时心率记录图自动跟踪训练进程及计划中下一步的练习，适时提醒各段训练的结束及开始。触发下一组训练开始的条件可以是一个简单的时间段（比如休息 30 秒后开始下一组），或当心率达到一个设定值后再开始（比如等心率降到低于 120 次/分钟后开始），这种结构化设计的运动特别适应并揭示每次训练时身体的不同反应。

心率记录图的高级功能有：
 * 查看并分析五个自定义心率分区中的心率分布时间
 * 记录心率时或事后随时都可以在心率曲线图上添加注释，以辨别重要事件
 * 心率报警，当心率低于或超过设定心率阈值或心率分区变动时报警
 * 语音播报心率：按设定间隔或在心率分区变化时播报，无需查看屏幕
 * 自动从“健康” App 导入新的运动记录和每天所选时间段的数据，也可一次性导入过往数月的数据
 * 直接比较相同训练的心率图
 * 通过 iCloud Drive 在 iPhone 和 iPad 之间同步运动记录
 * 比较各次训练的心率统计数据（例如最高，平均和静息心率）
 * 记录训练心率时专门测量放松时的静息心率
 * 声控计数器帮你计数：每个重复动作完成时你只需发出声响，此款应用程序自动计数
 * 导入 Garmin TCX 和 GPX 格式文件
 * 以 TCX、Polar HRM 或 CSV 格式导出数据，以便在 Excel 等软件中进一步分析
