I am trying to find an English language option of this application. Is there an option I am missing?

Took my money twice but till showing unsuccessful payment, this app has so much bugs so as their official website, for a small task such as allocate a seat wasted me hours and yet hasn’t been done.

绑定邮箱还要支付宝认证，支付宝认证是唯一的认证方式 绑定护照不能在网站上绑定，必须要下这个app. 支付方式不支持mastercard，只支持中国大陆的常见支付方法

在澳洲，这个app使用极其糟糕。不停的提示网络连接错误，连一个账户都没法正常登陆。

难用死了，体验感极差，这么大的公司这都做不好简直上火。买了机票也没有确认单发到邮箱。忘记了密码尝试寻找密码更糟糕，不是验证码收不到，系统版本低，系统繁忙登陆不上各种问题。差差差垃圾
