Can’t use passport for seat selection, online check in, horrible app and airline, in the airport can’t use their terminal for check in with passport, what’s your problem 东方航空?
Not useful
When I bought a ticket at 同程旅行 , an then check my profile in this 东方航空app, wasn’t find my reservation. 客服 also cannot help with this question. So I cannot make early prereservation on my sitting place, even it’s a business class tickets . Disappointed so much. But looks like owner of this app, doesn’t care.
