Progress Loss.
Let’s get to the point. This game is fantastic game. However, one day, I decided to clear my device’s storage, and ended up deleting the app for a temporary amount of time. When I came back and downloaded the app, I found out that all of my progress was gone, wiped. I was furious. For a game like this, it should have auto save. They didn’t even have a single WARNING that your progress would be gone if you deleted the app. I had so much progress in the game too. I was pretty close to completing it. The worst part was I spent over 20 DOLLARS ON THE GAME, AND NOW IT’S ALL GONE. I will always have hatred to this game until I get my progress back.

Thanks to the developer for keeping this game alive and for regular updates!!..Awesome go to game.. totally fun, race, zoo and different species and absolutely love it❤️❤️..try and give some actionable ability to sidekicks also.. some fusion abilities or something creative as you may feel possible.. love the game anyways 🤟🥳!!
Lost all my save
Lost all my save after reinstalling the game. I had my sky zoo completely upgraded. Now I just have to uninstall and stop playing if I don’t get my saves back

I’ve been playing this game for the past 4 to 5 years and can’t get over it. It’s an amazing game but recently, there are some bugs that are I’ve been facing with reviving part where you either pay or watch an add, well when ever I pay I just revived. And there’s another problem that I’m facing recently is the players view is messed up. It will be great if you fix the problem cause I’m unable to play with that perspective.

Hey guys could you please Fix the glitch of the name for the PVP season 2. I am not able to axcess the game with out a name in the PVP season.
