新梅計程車車隊創立於民國79年12月，奉交通部80年7月正式核准設立營運【新梅計程車無線電台】，為使營運有更好的成效，故建立司機管理辦法與獎懲制度，並執行嚴選司機，考核品德以期服務乘客，建立優良品牌給乘客行的安全與保障。於民國102年因應市場的需求與科技的發展，且傳統無線電派遣已不敷使用，故投資2000萬元升級為衛星派遣系統，以便於提供更好的派車效率與管理運用並提升整體的服務品質，並申請成立計程車客運服務業派遣業務，即【新梅衛星計程車車隊】。本公司在地經營計程車行業至今已超過40年，並多次榮獲桃竹苗地區計程車客運品牌評鑑的優等獎，目前全市排班服務據點超過35個，每日服務的乘客人數超過一萬位，叫車快速簡便，乘車安全有保障。
