I can’t see my ranking and the YPT store. I have sent you email but still no reply after 5 days. Other functions are good but can you deal with the bugs? Right,The bugs are not going to fix, message still no reply. Can you feel my disappointment, is it really hard to do that?

I can’t use it well since some technical issues,I tried gmail YPT team but there’s no answer from them
I LOVE IT
so if you are wondering if you wanna improve your grades, this is the app! There is no ads and you could study with your friends! You could also chat there but some chats have limits. The only thing bothers me is the function where u could talk to AI, it needs money so yeah! Anyways Everything is purr—-fect! I scored straight A’s because of this app!! And this app is suitable for primary students till university or way up!!! So what are you waiting for? DOWNLOAD IT RIGHT NOW!!!! And I betcha everything is going smooth like butter!!!

I cannot join any groups…
The ypt cannot be seen
I can’t see anything after clicking into the store, it shows nothing. And also the ranking of the study hours is the same, cannot be checked or seen

停止計時後為什麼不能使用被鎖了的app🤔🥲？就連允許app的功能也用了 app也不能用 直到我刪除ypt也不能用 最後要重新開機 請問是什麼手機bug嗎？還是我忘記在ypt設定什麼了

I been using this app for a few months and the time counter is the most i appreciated Clearly saw how my study mates are going on ,and my own time schedule results . Yet idk is my phone or the app just seldomly shut down and jump out of the page or not functioning and stuck in the starting logo which has somehow losing my eager to learn . Can this been fix for a better using experience please i sure u guys are genius and smart people to make this better. Wish you can settle this problem cuz i still need to use this app for a very long time 👍
