This study app is good and I use it quite often. However, one problem I face is when there is sometimes “Server access error” and that I failed to connect to server. I tried uninstalling and installing it again but it didn’t work. Please fix this issue thank u!

keeps saying server access error... have to study in offline mode now. i hope all my data is still there when it works again...
I have this app both on my iPhone and iPad and both of those devices have the same issue of not being able to change the language l. I tried changing my language multiple times but I can’t. I restarted it by translating it in google yet when I open the app again it’s in Malay again… Please fix this thank u !
hi developers, i love ur app and have loved ur app for a long time. it always motivates me to study and i have gotten better grades because of the app. today i woke up, my friends and i had our app interfaces turned into bahasa indonesia. i tried very long to change it back to english, but when i press english as my language and open the app its still indonesian. i managed to play around with the settings, and found out that while korean and spanish settings have no issues , traditional chinese and simplified chinese were mixed up (简体, 繁体) , as well as bahasa indonesia becoming thai. i really hope this glitch can be fixed soon. thank you for making this app so awesome!
The app language is in malay even though i keep selecting english!!!
When I went into the app it changed my language to Bahasa which I completely don’t understand and I tried to switch it back to English and I did everything I could but it deleted all my data and I’m quite upset and frustrated as well I’m not sure why…
i js downloaded this and restarted the app multiple time but i couldn’t change the language to english and im stuck with malay which i don’t understand l

hey! i think this app is ok, but sometimes, when i need to use another app for study uses, it is counted as me using the allowed apps, or in other words, it is telling me that im not studying. However, this app is still pretty good! Just wanna find a way to get free flames tho—
