저는 회사에서 혼자서 채팅 상담을 하기 때문에 화장실을 갈 때도 휴대폰을 들고 가 채팅 상담을 해야하는데, 화장실에 가서 휴대폰만 볼 수도 없는 노릇이라 알림톡 소리에 기대야 하는 입장인데요. 미디어 볼륨을 높여봐도 상담톡이 왔을 때 전혀 알림 소리같은 게 나질 않습니다. 벨소리를 켜면 다른 어플 소리까지 뒤섞여서 사방에 들리니 보통 이어폰을 끼고 알림 소리를 들어야 하는데 소리가 안나니까 많이 불편해요. 미디어 볼륨을 켜면 상담 접수된 알림소리가 나도록 개선됐으면 좋겠습니다. 소리가 나게 할 건지 안 나게 할 건지 앱에서 설정할 수 있는(알림 소리 on, off) 기능도 있으면 좋겠어요.
