All of the funds apps say “illegal devices please use genuine " Lots of others are having this issue as well please fix this !!! I can’t use my watch!!

See above I did 8000 steps yesterday but when I check on the app, they are not showing, but the current day shows so the Bluetooth connection is ok. So weekly trends etc will not show as the past data just disappears after midnight.

Hi devs please don’t remove any of the new watch faces there good I like the grey green clock watch face and the new black and blue please leave the new ones for selection and only add new ones not remove thanks for new faces nick buckland

Refuses to connect to the watch, is slow beyond belief and doesn’t store any of the data, never again 😡

In App Ipnone it is not opening and time can not sync ... Big problem

After every 24hours (if not before) the app stops working and keeps crashing until deleted and re-downloaded

I’m not sure it is the iOS updates that is causing the app to shut down, I think it’s the app updates. I downloaded the app a few days ago & all was fine. After 1 day the app updated to the latest version & since this when you click on app it just disappears. I sent watch back as it’s no good without the app

The app doesn’t open after last update. You have to reinstall it every time you want to do anything. They say they fixed bugs in the last update. More like they fitted bugs in the app. Ridiculous

This app is good for what it does but it does not work properly. It will not stay open. It closes all the time. Thank you
