Something wrong with the ratio

Trying to square some 9:16 horizontal vids. The app expanded the vids and distorted them into weird ratio. I've always enjoyed this app. Hope this can be fixed soon.

I've purchased for a thousand times while this app still doesn't allow to save! Kept telling me I've purchased but why does this all keep happening!? I'm so confused. I've tried re-downloading as well but it didn't seem to work. Pls fixxxxxxx it!!!!
