购买后为什么只能转换音频格式？
之前买过一年套餐 ，后来更换了Apple ID的邮箱地址，结果这个软件不能用了，用新ID又购买一年套餐，发现只能转换音频文件格式，不能编辑，这是怎么回事？请退款吧！
