Step4. 重複4次，做15~30分鐘的長休息
重複4次上方2步驟，做一次15~30分鐘的長休息。

+ 杜絕分心，更容易專注：倒數計時帶來良性壓力
+ 減少干擾打斷：推遲其他事項，極大部分事情都可推遲25分鐘再做
+ 避免拖延：計時開始，等同宣示這個時段要專注
+ 更持久：適度的休息，最後才能跑得更遠

It is almost 10 out of 10
This app is almost perfect, I think it’s a great idea to have iCloud Sync on Tomato king (Pro) ,so that the I can sync timeline and stats over other devices.
Please allow ppl sort the timeline desc or asc
at the moment, the timeline sorting order is fixed. I hope there are a feature to allow ppl sort it ascending or descending. Also, looking forward to have tag feature on the notes.
App crash after update on iPhone 6 Plus
I have been using it and it works very well but the apps cannot open now Please fix the issue for this apps on iPhone 6Plus iOS 12.5.7
