But when I do try to create a new account, it says my email address has been used already. Very poor system! -- Coco36360, 2025-06-16 ### *---- "Crashes" The app crashes when I click on member exclusive events, and therefore as a member of M+ I cannot learn about these events through the app. Very disappointing. In addition the intro video pops up whenever I open the app. The video does not add value and waste user’s time -- retire.chung, 2025-05-29 ### *---- "Unable to login after update" The app login page does not respond after inputting the membership email address -- mingtst, 2025-03-14 ### *---- "full of bugs" the losing time is way too long and eventually failed to load after i waited for a long time. too many updates… way too many… -- O. Chan, 2025-01-24 ### *---- "垃圾" 樣樣都要彈bowser 出黎，每去一個conner 都要loop一loop，經常in app更新，成日down server，又窒吓窒吓。 -- 香港小小小市民, 2025-01-17 ### *---- "Update update and update" I'm really curious why I need to update the app again after downloading the latest version from the app store, especially since it's still not working. I've also been told that I need to delete the app to use it again. -- Man1830, 2025-01-17 ### *---- "Stupid app" Stop playing that stupid video every time I open the app -- Nickmanitis, 2025-01-06 ### *---- "Ticketing needs improvement" Not easy to find programs and select seat when purchase ticket. -- chaur2046, 2022-11-09 ### ***-- "為何只提供電子門票" 為何不提供更多獲取門票方式予app使用者？但網站用戶卻可選擇收取實體門票。這對於希望留存實體門票的用戶非常不友好。 -- nikanikanikanikanika777, 2022-10-07 ### ***** "Easy to use and nice design" It took me only a few clicks to get my tickets and paid easily, very handy to finish everything in app 👍🏻 Very resourceful to show carpark numbers and available events in one place. Nice pictures and design too -- Gerogery, 2021-10-12 [View all 西九文化區 reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## 西九文化區 Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | Hong Kong SAR China | Lifestyle | #216 | ## 西九文化區 Discovered Keywords -
