走形式，劳民伤财的软件，根本没人看，还要求下属强制推广，有那个时间多看看新闻联播吧，搞这种形式主义。赶不赶把做软件，包括这个APP的运行维护的费用明细发出来？有这个钱好好改造老旧小。想学习看看学习的软件就得了。
