節省等待時間,我們不斷的希望提供最好的服務減少紙張的浪費,對大自然盡份心力, 但又能提供家長對小朋友更多知的關懷,
也提供家長對小朋友在校生活的更多認知及了解,能隨時給予小朋友加油鼓勵
(一)民國66年至83年間於各社區成立村里托 兒所，共計12處，陸續整合併成3處學前 教育場所，主管機關為桃園縣政府社會 局。
(二)民國84年8月23日改制為觀音鄉立托兒 所，主管機關為桃園縣政府社會局。
(三)民國101年1月1日幼托整合，於民國101 年7月23日改制為「觀音鄉立幼兒園」。
(四)民國103年12月25日升格為直轄市，主管 機關為桃園市政府教育局，為該局的二 級機關，並全銜為「桃園市立觀音幼兒 園」。
(五)桃園市立觀音幼兒園除本園外，另設有 觀音幼兒園新坡分班及觀音幼兒園崙坪 分班。
