予約フォームのカスタマイズ不可でお客様とのトラブル多発
予約フォームに任意のチェック項目や入力項目が作成出来ず、しかも赤字や太字も使用出来ない為、ご予約にあたってのお店の複数の注意事項をデフォルトにある唯一の入力項目上に記載するしか無く、お客様の見落としによるトラブルが多発して、結果アフターフォローの時間や労力のコスト増や信頼の低下に悩まされています。 近く他社のに乗り換える予定です。

席数以外の項目があったら最高
見づらい
ヴァージョン35で色の濃さが変わり、非常に見づらいです。 メモ欄の文字が薄くなったのは改善をお願いしたいです。 大切な事をメモしているのに見えないと意味がありませんあ。

アプリ開いても会員登録画面にいかない！ バグなのか？ 全く使えない！！
メッセージ送信ができない
予約確定時や変更完了時に「メッセージ送信」を選択すると、一番下の「送信先を選択する」が途中で途切れており選択できません。 至急改善をお願いいたします。
予約、顧客管理アプリの最高峰
操作に慣れさえすればクラウドで予約や顧客の管理ができ、各顧客の詳細な情報もタグづけや手書きでメモに残すことが出来るので、非常に便利。 ただアプリはiPadのみになるのでiPhoneやAndroidでもアプリがあればなお良し。 ※iPad以外でもブラウザから同じように使用することはできます
