In mainland China, this APP is indispensable. Lost? Open the APP and get a DiDi back to your hotel or home. International version works great although some locations are difficult to find if you only have the name in Chinese characters. One thing I would ask for in future updates is a proper address book as at the moment you can only enter two addresses: Home, Company. Frequently used addresses do pop up at the start of a destination search, but a proper address book would be an improvement.

I have never successfully caught an DiDi. They either cancel or do not show. The drivers never answer their phones

app内在线客户和反馈都用不了，所以在这里写。选快车可拼，虽然打了7折，但是比青菜拼车贵25%+，然后花多100%的时间绕路。然后系统问后上车先到达“路径是否规划合理”。你说呢？智商税？！ 还没完，快车导航路径规划合法近路不规划，只规划绕路的。快车不绕路的前提是乘客自己做导航。

Great APP. Never had an issue with or without VPN. Make sure your location is turned on. Connect your Alipay and WeChat easy!! Recommend!!!
