DiDi: Ride Hailing in China

it is not good application . I just took one ride after app started not responding always stuck with waiting for drivers , customer service does not help

My Mobil no is closed and when I need to rest can’t And no have an assistant to help us to change that it have an assistant Tel number for help

Unable to use it anymore, Keeps on getting “unable to load travel info” since IOS 12 update

Never use DiDi anymore, after last time I order a ride and I was waiting for the driver, the driver cheated me and end up the trip and charged me and from that time till now nearly a week nobody from DiDi care to solve the problem, every time the say something and they do something else! My advice to all foreigners never use DiDi for many reasons: Not safe ( many accidents) Not clean ( majority or their cars dirty and smelly) Bad customer service ( everyone promise something and do something else)

Thank you for this magnificent app. I’m using it every time being in Beijing. But I’m very disappointed as I can’t find the welcoming service option anymore as I’m usually reserve a trip from the airport and it was very effective service in the arrival process.

客服也不处理……总之别打，太耽误事了！！！！无故取消，并且我已经到达车位置，都摸着门了，司机开走了，也不知道安的什么心，社会的肿瘤

消费者权益得不到保障

每天给我发亲友正在叫车（根本没有该亲友）打12315投诉都不行。

乱收费，没人处理
