Doesn't work in China
Although I have a Master and a Visa card connected to the Didi app, I rarely work in China and have not been able to get a taxi.

Habe die App bisher gerne genutzt. Allerdings ist sie plötzlich nur noch in Chinesisch ohne Übersetzungsfunktion bzw. keine Englisch Version mehr. Unbrauchbar für mich.

Price issue
Recently charged for ride much more than what is written when you booking and customer service don’t help to solve it, however booking premium cars, so expecting better service

Totally satisfied. Last wish would be a pin for the tatget-location! It is very hard to always find a address for a foreigner!!
Inzwischen perfekt
Ich bin 3-4 mal im Jahr in China. Habe keine chinesische Mobile Nummer und kein bank account hier. Geht mit t- mobile und Mastercard perfekt. Keine Diskussionen mit den Taxifahrer mehr. Ziel eingeben, 10 sec warten, Fahrer auswählen und schnell und sicher zum Ziel. Wie gesagt inzwischen perfekt. Danke
Quite good
I use the app everyday and for people who live in china it’s pretty much a must have. One thing bothers me often, taxi driver accept the trip and immediately start the trip even so they haven’t arrived yet. Once the trip started there is no way for the passenger to cancel it anymore. That needs to be fixed!
