I could not connect my credit card in the app so I had to pay driver by cash but now in the app it still shows that I have not paid the fare ! Can you let me know solution on this ?

This app was good till some time back.  You would get customer service in English. For a foreigner who doesn’t know Chinese language , it was good.   But now things changed.   Though the app interface is in English, if you find any issue, they won’t help you in English.   Their telephone hotline is a disaster.   And attitude is bad too.   More over there are other ride hailing apps which offer half of didi s charges.  In Short, over priced , misleading , bad attitude
