Last use is on April 2019 (still working fine)

But today I arrive in Shanghai try to call DiDi, when I open the app, it’s ask me re-login.

Once I login with my phone numbers, all my previous history has been deleted.

So I start re-add my payment details, after re-add everything was looking fine.

Start calling DiDi waiting..............(for 2 hours) cancel then recall, no driver can find!!!!!

So I check my account, I found out we have to change it to Chinese version, then key in the real name and ID information.

I’m Malaysian, so I key in my name and ID card information.

End up verification failed, because they only accept China ID!!!!!!

So I change back to English version, try to edit my account. If you are in English version you will be not able to see the account option!!!!!

So what happens now??!!

DiDi want to stop supporting the global version???? Is it because of US????????????
