Great to have an English app working! Even with translation service for communication with driver!
非常不好用
While other competitors - Chinese and overseas - offer bi-lingual apps, 滴滴出行 only offers its app in Chinese. It doesn't only leave a big foreign market behind in China, but is very discriminating as well. Will never recommend it! Should get zero stars!

滴滴和其他平台合作推行的第三方服务，司机素质很差，把物品私自拿走拒不归还，并且找不到投诉入口，给滴滴打投诉电话打不出去，给哈罗快车打电话哈罗快车说找不到订单，消费者权益得不到保障
