Dear O-Kam i purchased this security camera as solution to protecting my car from vandalism of my neighbours earlier my car was scratched multiple times, the camera “Beenozo I bought from Amazone is very nice clear video quality in the day and night or in the rain, but the problem is the app oftenly lose communication with the camera and informing me that the camera is offline and that it should be resettled and reinstalled again on the app, this is not good everytime I have to go to my window and reach the camera to press the reset button and than follow all the proces of installation over and over again my neighbours now looking to me what is this man doing every time with that camera…. it’s making me lose much time and annoying and it’s not working because the guy scratching my car one of my neighbours is seeing also that the security system not work well… I hope okam solve this problem!
