Not working correctly keeps going Offline even tho definitely connected properly.
This Surveillance Camera when it decides to work the video picture Quality is excellent. The App also continuously pesters you for paying for Cloud Storage and the payment method is in Dollars despite being set up for the UK. I’m using the very latest and best Virgin Media WiFi here in the UK and not in America. I’m starting to think this Surveillance Camera only works correctly if in America. I have reset the device numerous times and the device works for a short amount of time then goes offline. I’m using Apple Devices to try to run this Camera and was going to buy more but I’m very seriously reconsidering and am getting ready to Return both of these Surveillance cameras to Amazon for a full refund. So customers be extremely wary about purchasing these Surveillance cameras even tho they are on a limited Offer. They obviously seem to not work properly if you are in the UK. Using the latest Virgin Media WiFi and are using Apple Devices. Also it seems to be impossible to update the firmware despite going through every setting and feature of the App. So unless these issues are resolved avoid at all costs purchasing these devices. Save your money and go elsewhere. Buy Surveillance Cameras off anybody else but this company as they appear not fit for purpose for the reasons mentioned. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would as they don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.
