因为有比预定提前一天晚上送到过，所以这次也误以为物流提前发货了，尝试打了客服的投诉通道，不算太难打，客服人员服务也很到位，还有后续跟进，最后物流按预约日期准时到了，感觉可选的货物品质也比以前有提升，总体来讲体验不错。客服人员们辛苦了～
