Used to love this app now it’s just full of ads

You leave a support ticket hoping that someone who works with this will assist in some manner, but no response for days. Despite having signed up for the monthly premium subscription.

First it used to just disconnect but at least worked. Now, the media function only has the volume working everything else nope. The power options used to work, not anymore. At least the keyboard and numeric part is still functioning as well as the mouse. Please return the previous functions. Whatever you changed in the code messed a little too many things.

I am having trouble connecting this software using Bluetooth.

Worked perfectly for 2 days, then would no longer connect to my pc.

Complete waste of time it doesn’t work tried even the Qr doesn’t work, do not waste your time on this one it is a waste just do the right thing man and stop creating crappy apps 😡😡😡if I could give no star I would What a complete waste of time

I personally have connection issues, so that’s just basic initial connection, however it only happened the first I downloaded it and a 2nd like after a month. However the app itself is damn brilliant, works well between my iPhone and my HP (there’s only some much control and you grant between different platforms so I understand), the control doesn’t feel limited, it’s quite responsive and that’s with a very low level laptop that I have, my personal experience with the app on different pc’s remains the same, smooth, and damn pleasant. I have nothing but praise for this app. Great Job guys, honestly the most useful and functional app I’ve ever downloaded on a whim, best decision I’ve ever made

As title. Plus no option to connect with Bluetooth, or usb

Very inconsistent at connecting and can’t maintain connection when you actually do connect, either through WiFi or Bluetooth. Hot garbage. Avoid.
