App與實際下訂後的通知回報系統完全不連貫，不人性非常難用，尤其是下訂後付完錢之後的流程很爛。下訂後會收到mail ，但mail裡面提供的回覆網址也不能點擊……，客人要自己複製那一段網址再貼上某網頁才可進入….；是沒錢做了嗎？似乎這個app當初開發時完全沒想到後續的客人回傳等流程，以致目前相當難用。

另外，也遇到不專業的客服 令人惱火 不僅要人重複描述問題 最後激怒客人後 還直接跟客人用文字吵架相當傻眼的經歷！從此不會再用此app （已刪）

不推薦！且一直發廣告文

且要人先付全額費用才可成立訂單（不甚理解….）…….建議可把收到的錢花在改善app介面流程，而不是只是設計好看而已！

所在區域根本約不到清潔員，用媒合的還要預收錢，而且根本媒合不到人，看了別的評論還有發生媒合失敗扣訂金的部份，也太扯，真的不如去用55688平台比較實在😂

平台若無法制止此人鑽漏洞而毫無作為，建議還其他清潔平台。
