黑白卡使用方法：
1. 手持卡片距离宝宝 30cm 左右。
2. 缓慢移动引起宝宝追视。
3. 在宝宝看清卡片后切换下一张。
黑白卡训练时间：
1. 每次使用 5 张至 10 张卡片。
2. 每天训练不多于 5 次，且不超过 15 分钟。
黑白卡注意事项：
1. 要在宝宝身体和精神状态都好时使用。
2. 一旦宝宝状态不好时需要立即停止。
