正能量的评价是懒政，怠政。不要质疑用词不当，在权益受到权力无端侵害时的很多人，当有一天手握权力时不是做出改变，而是自己赶紧享受这种无耻的特权。
狗最大的悲哀，不是终生脖颈上的锁链，而是当锁链撤除的时候，心中的锁链仍然将它的脚步囚禁在牢笼周围。

was muted for 24 hours because of a comment in a discussion about cat neutering. There was no insult or hate speech, just a sarcastic remark. I submitted an appeal explaining the full context and that I had already blocked the other user and stopped interacting. The result was simply “appeal failed” with no example of the problematic wording and no guidance on how to improve. This makes the moderation feel arbitrary and the appeal system meaningless. Please provide clear standards and a real mechanism to reduce or revoke penalties for minor cases
