1、计划履约协同
建立公司统一的优先级，按照齐套、优先顺序、小批量等管理规则进行计划管控，不仅为设计、采购、生产、发运等各个环节提供计划，而且还能监控各部门任务完成进度，保障信息协同一致，提升公司履约能力。
2、生产进度监控
通过系统可查询到项目每一根构件的生产进度，工厂可在网页端或手机App扫码，可实现构件的快速报工报检，最终生成产量数据报表，减少繁重的报表统计工作；对于构件基础信息和生产发运等信息也可进行实时跟踪、追溯，打破信息孤岛，实现生产透明化、数据可视化 。
