Mi Fitness APP assists you in managing your personal health, helping you to always maintain your optimal state. By connecting Xiaomi or Redmi smartwatch/band devices, important health indicators such as heart rate, sleep, stress, and energy can be monitored and risk warnings generated throughout the day. Health data such as weight and women's health can also be manually recorded and managed.

Ho sempre usato questa app con il mio Smart Band 6, ha sempre funzionato a dovere, ieri ho provato a personalizzare una schermata per il mio orologio e non mi fa vedere la foto che ho scelto, o meglio, me la fa vedere, però mi fa vedere sopra la foto iniziale di quando non hai ancora modificato e non si sincronizza, quindi il trovo l’aggiornamento per ora inutile. Sarei grata agli sviluppatori se sistemassero questa cosa.

Inizialmente pensavo facile da collegare il telefono con l’ orologio, ma non mi si collegava, dopo numerosi tentativi pero’, ci sono riuscita!!🍀🌸(ho solo ripristinato l’ orologio alle impostazioni di fabbrica😉). Consigliatissimo poi se vuoi monitorare i passi, le calorie bruciate, il sonno profondo,leggero e i risvegli, ti fa vedere che tipo di animale da sonno sei nel giro di 7 volte in cui ti metti a dormire con l’ orologio, puoi misurare lo stress come quanto ossigeno é presente ne tuo sangue.FANTASTICA
