“魅力广安”APP是由广安市委市政府主导，市委宣传部主管，市融媒体中心主建，市大数据中心支撑，打造集“新闻+政务服务商务”于一体的全市综合性移动新闻客户端。纳入全市智慧城市“一脑四中心”建设，整合全市政务服务资源，将分散在众多部门的网上办事服务入口和便民服务资源集中到“魅力广安”APP上，推进政务服务跨地区、跨层级、跨部门“一号申请、一次登录、一网办理”，布局“新闻发布、政务服务、民生服务、互动论坛”四大版块，链接市民和服务的N类场景，打造成为广安市城市服务资源的总入口，为市民提供全方位城市服务，让区域群众实现“一掌阅尽家事国事天下事，一端办理柴米油盐酱醋茶”。
