Simple but good, annoying ads

I really like this free, 30 day challenge. I’ve come back to this app for a few years now, when I’m getting back into a fitness routine. The robot voice is silly but now it feels familiar after all these years. The ads are getting worse, and at times you have to close out of the app when the ads can’t be cancelled. If I stop using this app it will be because of the obnoxious ads. Unfortunately it’s not high (or even average) quality enough for me to ever consider paying for it.

This app has helped me stick with a plank program! It has a few ads but that’s fine with me.

On day four found nothing wrong so far. If your wandering no subscription or trail needed all free. It asked me questions and I got intermediate. And if your looking for a good exercise app this is the one to get. Also if you want you can do as many days as you want in one day.

I don’t do well with planks and this helped build my endurance. It was helpful to see your own progress and not overdo it. Follow what the app says and you will succeed.
