去年12月起下载曲子时就说网络异常，明明其他软件都能联网正常使用，卸载重装还是不行，打电话问了，也不能解决，说他们的软件没有问题，硬说是我的pad有问题，我也是醉了。还有，连接那个光学传感器早在半年多前就连不上了，他们也不能解决，说我的线有问题，可我换了线，还是没用。这明显是一家不负责任不想把事情做好就知道吹牛的公司。
