Terrible
Terrible apps fails to load. I login to my account on laptop it doesn’t show my hotel reservation at all but is shown on the apps. Tried to buy Disneyland ticket, it doesn’t load at all.

Poor User interface
There is little to no instructions on what to do. Not user friendly and the timeouts are frequent
Worst experience
App is super lag and couldn’t load anything. Plan to register my trip but I’m stuck at the page to register individuals and couldn’t load the premier access page. Disney should really work on this matter.
Rubbish App
Pain to buy tickets over the app. Slow load times, timeouts happen so often, especially infuriating after you’ve put in all details and trying to tag to the guests of every family member. Fails and resets after tagging 3rd of 4th member. Gave up after an hour and just bought at hotel.
Unable to sign in or create an acct
App is slow, unable to create an account at all. Pressed several times but still doesn’t work.
Disappointing app to say the least
Ruined my entire experience with the park being unable to buy priority tickets. I spent 30mins for the app to load and it still didn’t. I don’t understand how this app is still in use. You are just losing revenue by keeping this.
Confusing
The app really slow and bought the early entry pass, the front gate told us to go to left and even CHECKED out ticket, but after walk quite long and in front of the gate the person told to go back to the main entrance again. It is really annoying
App says I’mNot connected to the internet
I’ve used this app before and it used to be great. For some time now I’m not able to do anything at all, as it shows me a message saying I’ve a weak or no internet connection, which is not true. I deleted and downloaded the app several times but the bug is not fixed.
Useless misleading
Useless and slow. No realtime wait time. Misleading information. Some of the rides show as closed.
