有来医生首创健康科普多媒体化，率先在全网同步输出优质医疗短视频，催生了互联网健康科普行业热度，并锐意创新、持续引领行业发展。截至目前，已与全国3000多家公立医院3万多名医生合作，累计创作260多万条健康科普内容（其中短视频30万集）；2019年5月启动“医学科普纪录片”项目，已完成8部，覆盖数千万用户。
有来医生APP提供如下服务

用户通过搜索疾病或症状相关的词找到对应的科普内容、医院和医生。

用户提出问题，30分钟内医生回复，帮助用户解决医疗相关问题。

公立三甲医生在线接诊，提供24小时问诊服务，复诊患者可以在线开方、购药。
4. 互联网医院
    为全国复诊患者提供问诊、开方、购药相关服务。
5. 内容管理
可方便找到历史阅读的科普内容，可方便找到以往评论和分享的科普内容，此外，还可以订阅用户关注的疾病领域。
