根据国家邮政局的物流快递行业需要严格落实3个100%的规定：即100%实名登记、100%开箱验视以及100%过X光机。结合物流寄递行业的业务特点，经过多方调研，利用现代物联网、互联网、智能化、云计算、大数据等信息化技术，物流寄递管控平台系统应运而生。本平台由政府研发，统一推广。是集物流快递企业管理、从业人员管理、实名登记、开箱验视、实时预警等多功能的一套辅助政府开创物流管控的科技创新平台。主要功能如下：
【实名采集】
为快递员或物流工作人员揽件时，自动识别寄件人的身份证、驾驶证、护照、港澳台等多种证件的信息，而无需手工输入。实现多证种快速采集，减少采集时间，提高工作效率。
【开箱验视】
在采集同时进行开箱验视拍照上传，杜绝法律规定的违禁品通过快递物流渠道流通。
【离线采集】
支持没有网络的环境下的采集，实现随时随地采集，不会因网络原因而无法使用。
【数据上传】
在WIFI或移动网络条件下自动上传数据到后台。
【安全可靠】
数据采取加密措施，无论是本地保存还是平台，数据全加密处理。
【保护隐私】
在外网的信息全部经过打码显示，防止外网涉密。APP采集数据上传后，自动删除。
【政府监管】
政府授权用户才能使用，且可设置时间有效期。采集数据实时监管。
【情报预警】
数据直接上传公安自动碰撞，一旦发现可疑直接预警。

bug缠身，没一天是好的
卡，很多bug没有修复

都五六年了那身份证扫码问题还不修复，离远一点点点点点一点点的距离身份证清晰得要命还是扫不上，靠近也要慢慢移半天，
苹果没办法聚焦录入身份证
一个都给多了！

软件一塌糊涂还要人天天弄，根本扫码扫描都扫不上；上面资料我们都加密的填上去也无用。
