秒监拍是英威天成公司人人目击的高阶版本，同为户外广告监测服务平台，两版本并行，供用户完成平台发布的不同需求与专业程度的任务，在完成任务后获取平台奖励的产品。其中，平台发布的主要任务为：由用户根据任务中指定地点查看户外广告播放情况并拍照上传平台。
本产品主要具有:广告监测任务的发放、执行、奖励、提现等功能，具体功能说明如下：
1. 任务发放：秒监拍APP接收秒监拍后台管理系统发布的任务，任务场景包含但不限定于地铁、机场、公交车站、户外大牌、户外楼宇、电梯外、楼宇间、商场电子屏、等地理地点任务。
2. 任务执行：终端接收的每个任务点会有任务说明和具体执行的方式方法，任务执行包含拍照、录制视频、录制音频、横拍、竖拍、查询该广告的播出次数、广告上刊状态选择等实际上刊状态录入。
