บัตรประจำตัวดิจิทัลสำหรับคนพิการ เป็นบริการที่พัฒนาขึ้นโดยกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ เพื่อให้คนพิการสามารถเข้าถึงบริการของภาครัฐได้อย่างรวดเร็ว เพื่อรับสิทธิต่างๆ สำหรับคนพิการ ทั้งจากภาครัฐ และเอกชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ 
- แสดงบัตรประจำตัวคนพิการในรูปแบบดิจิทัลบนโทรศัพท์มือถือ
- แสดง QR Code เพื่อรับบริการจากภาครัฐ และเอกชนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ
- แสดงข้อมูลสิทธิคนพิการ 
- เชื่อมโยงข้อมูลตำแหน่งงานว่างรวมไว้ในในแอปพลิเคชันเดียว
- เชื่อมโยงเพื่อการขอกู้ยืมเงินของคนพิการ
- ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์จากกรมส่งเสริมและพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตคนพิการ
- สายด่วนเพื่อคนพิการ

ตอนนี้แอพบัตรคนพิการไม่สามารถเข้าสู่ระบบได้ใส่วันเดือนปีเกิดและเลขประจำตัวประชาชนเรียบร้อยแล้วแต่ระบบแจ้งว่าไม่พบข้อมูลหรือไม่มีหมายเลขนี้ในระบบค่ะฝากแก้ไขด้วยนะคะขอบคุณค่ะ

ตอนนี้เป็นผักชีโรยหน้าหรือเปล่าครับเพราะผมเข้าไปแล้วใส่บัตรประชาชนใส่วันเดือนปีเกิดแล้วผลออกมาไม่มีเลขบัตรประชาชนตรงกับข้อมูลในระบบ แล้วจะมั่นใจได้ยังไงว่าถ้าใช้แอพบัตรคนพิการดิจิตอลแล้วจะปลอดภัย เราก็ไม่ได้ขัดขวางให้มีแอพนี้เกิดขึ้นนะครับแต่ถ้าทำแล้วไม่มีความปลอดภัยไร้ซึ่งความปลอดภัยก็พับเก็บไปจะดีกว่าต่อให้ห้าดาวก็เถอะ ทำไปก็เท่านั้นไม่ได้ถูกดูแลหรือเลี้ยวแลจ้ะหน่วยงานของรัฐแม้แต่นิดมิหนำซ้ำยังโดนหน่วยงานของรัฐไล่กลับบ้านอีกต่างหากเมื่อเราออกไปทำมาหากินที่ไหนก็จะโดนหน่วยงานรัฐใกล้ที่นั่น ดีแต่ทำแต่ไม่เคยอบรมหน่วยงานในภาครัฐว่าให้เข้าใจถึงคนพิการโดยเฉพาะตาบอด พอมัขอทำส่วนคอ. เธดสะกิดก็ทำแต่เธดสะกิดออกมาไล่คนตาบอดแต่พอมอก็พยายามพักดันถ้าอะไรที่มันเป็นแค่รูปธรรมผมว่าเก็บแอบหนีไปเถอะครับ
