移动监测系统包含五个功能模块：工程概况、数据查看、线路巡查和工程定位。
工程概况
描述工程的基本概况信息，同时内置了工程内各参加单位主要负责人的基本通讯信息，当出现紧急情况时，可直接进行拨号联系。
数据查看
以监测项目为目录树的方式逐级查看监测数据，包含了监测点历时变化曲线、测斜曲线以及剖面曲线三种曲线。
线路巡查
查看现场实际工况的照片与描述信息，也可直接通过移动终端设备进行现场照片的采集。以次数列表或日历的形式选择现场巡视记录的情况，选择并查看当前现场的具体情况。
工程定位
调用移动终端内置地图并匹配工程坐标进行工程的地图定位，方便在进行多工程管理时，对当前工程的地理位置进行精确定位。
