我怎么打不开
下载了两遍，怎么打不开？？？
二进制补码反码原码的转化不能求带小数的
小数点只在2.8.10.16间转化可以使用，原码补码反码之间转化不行。并且只能由真值转原码补码反码，不能做到这几个间随意转化，很不方便。
