瑞粉童书馆（Reading Fun Library）主要收藏美英国家幼儿启蒙教育丛书、Phonics丛书以及各类题材的青少年分阶阅读书籍。瑞粉英文书馆不仅提供会员借阅服务，更是提供英文启蒙教育（磨耳朵）、分阶阅读的指导。分阶分级以Lexile为主，这是由美国科学基金会为了提高美国学生的阅读能力而研究出一种衡量学生阅读水平和标识文章难易程度的标准。辅以DRALevel分级法，给每本书籍表明级别。在帮助孩子们评测阅读能力级别后，孩子们可以自主的找到适合的书籍阅读。书馆还组织亲子阅读、写作指导、阅读比赛和父母分享等各种类型的活动，丰富孩子们的阅读生活。旨在帮助孩子们在瑞思英语学科教育的基础上，更加夯实语言基础和丰富课外知识，真正做到学习的国际化接轨。
