물마시기 습관, 하루 30분 운동하는 습관외에도 
자녀 카테고리 추가하여 아이와 관련된 습관을 만들어 책 읽어주기, 아이와 있을때 핸드폰 멀리하기 등 등 실천하려고 노력중입니다 ㅎㅎ 활용도가 점점 높아질거 같아요 ㅎㅎ
