Description
A aplicação Tolerância ao ajuste calcula a tolerância de ajuste de "Furo" e "Eixo" do valor do diâmetro de entrada. A tolerância de ajuste é calculada com base no ISO.
Simplesmente insira o valor do diâmetro, selecione a faixa de tolerância com o botão de faixa de tolerância, selecione a classe de tolerância com o botão da classe de tolerância, e o valor de tolerância de ajuste de "furo" e "eixo" será exibido.
Além disso, a partir da combinação do furo e eixo selecionados, distinguimos o tipo de ajuste (Ajuste com Folga, Ajuste incerto, Ajuste com interferência). Em seguida, calcule a folga mínima e a folga máxima, no caso de folga em "mais", e em caso de interferência, é escrito "menos".
O diâmetro de entrada de 3150 mm ou menos é possível. No entanto, o número de dígitos de entrada é limitado a 6 dígitos.
O intervalo de tolerância e o grau de tolerância correspondentes são os seguintes.

A, B, C, CD, D, E, EF, F, FG, G, H, JS, J, K, M, ZA, ZB, ZC
* Nota 1) Os furos A e B não são utilizados para dimensões padrão de 1 mm ou menos.
* Nota 2) JS 7 a JS 11 são arredondados para baixo para o ponto decimal, de modo que IT / 2 se torne um inteiro de unidade micrométrica.
* Nota 3) O grau de tolerância do furo J é IT6 para IT8 apenas.

a, b, c, cd, d, e, ef, f, fg, g, h, js, j, k, m, n, p, r, s, t, v, x, za, zb, zc
* Nota 4) Os eixos a e b não são utilizados para dimensões padrão de 1 mm ou menos.
* Nota 5) js 7 a js 11 são arredondados para baixo para o ponto decimal de modo que IT / 2 se torne um inteiro de unidade micrométrica.
