This happened to me recently that sometimes after watching an ad and I’m at the page to close the ad to receive the award the screen just suddenly stopped responding (just the tab) so I have to close the app and reopen to rewatch the whole ad just to receive the award. This annoys me a lot as I wasted my time watching some ads to not receive the award at the end because of the sudden not responding of the app. Please fix this soon.

There were a lot of problems in watching ads and I would go days where I was unable to watch ads. I dropped many levels for no reason. It’s difficult to receive proper response when asking for help
Voted for Highlight daily. Their current votes is 8835 which surpassed #36-40 in the boygroup voting. But Highlight is not even included in that list.
This has been an issue that is around since the start of the year or when the first soba thing for 2020 happened. This was an issue that I faced after I wasted so much of my time watching the ads to gain hearts (I have accumulated over 1000 hearts) and ever since then it kept on saying advertisements not available. I thought it was because I didn’t use my hearts so the system didn’t allow me to gain more but even after using it it is still the same. Even after waiting for 1 hour it’s still the same. I know the developers have said it isn’t their fault because it’s the ad companies problem but I feel like as a developer you should inform the ad company about this issue if not fans are unable to gain more hearts.
The bug was fixed :)) however there are many toxic fans from other group in our community. Think of a solution to reduce this problem!

Whats the point of even voting?when the awards are not even held and its always blackpink the top but blackpink doesnt even attend the shows so its just basically wasting your money to buy hearts might as just not download it
