在象盒平台交易过一套房子，中介是卓越蔚蓝城邦的店长陈燕，过完户，超过合同期限水电煤一直没过户，中介费未经允许直接从押金中扣除，添加莫须有的贷款服务费，收完中介费后询问水电过户爱理不理，不及时反馈，后来我和中介因为买家不过户水电煤发生争执，这种不涉及利益纠纷的小事都不及时跟进，这个态度，而且遇到问题后连个官方的投诉渠道都没有，希望象盒平台早点倒闭，新环境早点倒闭！
