The company is irresponsible to its passengers. No notice or new driver arrangement for the passengers! The passengers who already made the reservation had to change their plan and take public transportation for a long distance travel at late night! Never gonna use this service again

極不愉快經歷！！今日上午預約晚上7:00出發及10:30回程，系統聲稱預約成功稍後有司機聯絡，去到黃昏6:35突然無端端有人打嚟話現在冇車7:00嚟唔到，及回程亦都冇車，仲話叫我自行喺app取消行程，都唔知信用卡有冇扣數，簡直不知所謂！！
