## タバタ式トレーニングタイマー Description
インターバル系のトレーニングに特化した、フィットネスタイマーです。フィットネス全般でご利用頂けます。

タバタ式トレーニングは1996年に立命館大学スポーツ健康科学部の田畑泉教授が発明したトレーニング方法です。タバタ式トレーニングは海外でも大きく取り上げられ、この研究を基に様々なトレーニングプログラムが開発されています。

高強度の運動を20秒間行い、10秒の休憩を挟みながら、これを6~7回繰り返します。運動時の強度は最大酸素摂取量の170%程度の強度とされています。適切な強度で行うと、3分程で疲れ果てた状態になります。

本アプリはタバタ式トレーニングを始めとする様々なフィットネスで利用できるタイマーアプリです。普段のトレーニングのツールとしてご活用下さい。
