连崇明区都没有

基本没啥鸟用，本想查一下每月用水量，结果又要注册又要实名还要刷脸，设置个密码还必须要有大写字母，好不容易注册认证好，进去首页一片空白，查询页面啥都查不到，历史账单什么都没有，真是浪费时间，卸载了！
